Bacon Wrapped Baked Potato

- 1 Medium Potato
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Strips Thick Cut Bacon
- 1 Toothpick
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees
- Toss Potato in warm water for 10 minutes, then remove and dry completely.
- Poke 6-12 small holes in the top of the Potato.
- Coat lightly with Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper and set directly on oven rack for and immediately turn the temperature down to 375 degrees.
- After 30 minutes, take the Potato out and wrap the Bacon around it, using the Toothpick to hold it in place.
- Bake for another 30-40 minutes until the Bacon is properly crispy.
- You're Done.
